Profile: Adeo read Law at Keele University and then went on to successfully complete his Master's in International Law (LLM) at the University of Nottingham and the Bar Professional Training Course at The University of Law. Prior to joining Chambers, Adeo spent almost 18-months as a legal assistant in a medium sized Law Firm in Birmingham. Within this role he co-worked files with the Head of the firm’s Family department by assisting with the day-to-day management of complex care, adoption, contact and divorce proceedings.

Adeo also gained significant civil litigation experience through regular court attendance as a Trainee Advocate in London. Adeo has attended a variety of hearings such as small claims trials, infant approval hearings, various interlocutory hearings, applications for ex-parte non-molestation orders and applications for Child Arrangements Orders. Furthermore, Adeo has gained experience of representing clients on a pro bono basis in Employment Tribunals.

Interests: Adeo is passionate about social action and is a keen sportsman. Adeo is a member of the RuJohn Foundation, which seeks to provide the necessary educational tools for rural schools throughout Jamaica and select U.S. cities. Adeo has played National League Basketball and continues to play at a high level. He also enjoys cooking, hiking and reading historical fiction novels.
